Pan seared braised pork belly -_- i don't like this as i find it a bit fatty feeling after eating...haha



The Spatchcock^-^ Still acceptable but the chicken meat i find it a bit dry :)

Rich chocolate cake - Very rich chocolate...if u love choc very much then u will like this cake :)
